Citi recognized that their bankers were spending too much time navigating fragmented tools, and asked us to design a unified wealth workstation to help them spend less time chasing information and more time serving clients.

Although Citi understood that data and workflows were scattered across systems, we conducted foundational research to identify which workflows mattered most and how work actually moved across teams. I then led a cross-functional workshop to align on priority workflows, pain points, and design opportunities.
